If you are purchasing a home,
you have the opportunity to work with a REALTOR® who will be
your advocate in the real estate transaction.
Today many home buyers use a buyer’s agent, a specialized REALTOR® who works for the interests of the buyer. (Listing Agents work for the interest of the Seller.) Some REALTORS® hold the coveted ABR® designation (Accredited Buyer Agent). These REALTORS® have been specifically educated to advocate for their buyers.
Our office policy is not to charge for this service as compensation is usually paid by the Seller at closing due to procuring cause of sale.

This brochure explains the different types of representation an agent can offer clients,
and the agent's duties in each.
